This is a warm up for a qualifying game. He should only be called up if he is being considered for that game. I would keep as many of the U21s together as possible and leave his call-up until after next summer. It's too early in his career.
I agree, I don't think you should be called up based on a handfull of games but that's the precedent Hodgson has set with the likes of Chambers and Stones. Zaha didn't even have to play in the Premier League, all he had to do was have United sign him and he was magically good enough for a call up! Meanwhile those old, past it players like Clyne and Delph only get in the England squad after years of playing well.
I don't want him to get called up because he's very level-headed at present. The negative effects of an England call-up on Rose, Walker and Townsend were plain for all to see: they all started to imagine they were super-stars, believing their own hype. Result was a sharp decline in the quality of their peformances for us. So thanks, but no thanks!
I think yv has summed up my thoughts re a kane call up in comparison to what other players have done to be called up. Personally I do not follow any international team and would prefer none of our players to play international football...imo opinion it leads to tapping up (carrick was effectively tapped up by united players in the build up to the 2006 world cup) or injuries. I think audrey.s makes a good point too

Some pretty valid points in this article: http://cartilagefreecaptain.sbnation.com/2014/11/6/7167147/tottenham-hotspur-harry-kane-development ...especially in relation to the notion of Townsend being The New Bale.
He plays a lot better for Spurs than Rooney does. You'll have to do a bit better than that if you want us to fall for your one liners.
I copied & pasted this into Google Translate, but it didn't translate into English no matter which language I tried.
You do know that he wasn't called up, don't you, Jono? Hodgson talking about him doesn't really qualify, I'm afraid.
Translation: "A friend of mine, who happens to be an Arsenal supporter, tells me that Kane is better than Rooney. Do you all agree?" This is a better wum attempt than your last effort, jono, but only because it's slightly subtler (in the same way that smashing a walnut with a sledgehammer is subtler than destroying it with a bulldozer).
