one thing i noticed about stokies (and this is a generalisation and i am sure there are exceptions to the rule) they argue for the sake of it. Liverpuddlians do too (lived and studied there and all) but stokies are the best at it You can take them into space and show them that the earth is round, they will land and say no it wasnt

I never got that. If you're born in England, you're English. Not 1/2 English, a 1/4 Irish, an 1/8 German and an 1/8 Scottish. You have Irish, Scottish & German routes yes, but you're not a ****ing fraction! In answer to the question, yes I am extremely proud to be English & also extremely proud to be British, but NEVER shall I be classed as a European. Speedo bastards those Europeans!
what if your black/asian and born in england? you can be british but not english you can be english for the purpose of sport, but you would never get a black/asian prime minister maybe th eenglish dont allow you to be english? its not simple at all is it?
