I do not watch much current affairs or news programs, far too gloomy, preferring to tune in to the comedy channel or whatever instead. Ive always thought if you surround yourself with positive stuff, you'd be healthier and live longer maybe. Think I slipped up though with the whole Leeds thing though. Hasn't been much in recent years to cheer a lad up. Is it time to stamp a health warning on us like the ***s maybe?

I love watching Rugby Union - My local team Northampton Saints won the championship last year, it was nail biting stuff.

This year they have slipped up a couple of times and it gets just as stressful, as a supporter of any team a win is soon forgotten and a defeat lasts a lot longer. If we were top of the table it will feel good but you would have the anticipation and fear associated with the what if we go back down. I get stressed about Leeds United but I don't allow it to affect the more important things in life, I used to wake on a Monday morning still feeling crappy about a defeat on the Saturday but either through getting older or maybe too used to that feeling it no longer bothers me like it used to <ok>
