I suspect the details have never been updated. Forren is in Norway. £600 and 6 points are never going to bother him. I must admit that when I returned to Southampton, from living in other parts of the World for more than 10 years, the first time I went down the dual-carriageway of West Quay Road, at night, and it was empty, I didn't suspect to be done for £60 odd and 3 points for doing 36 mph. So I can easily see how Forren got caught in the traps.
I assume you're using Windows of some description. Clear your browser cache [not just history]. If you're using Firefox, it does have quite bad problems with iPlayer at present. I've even turned to IE to play video from iPlayer.
