Pants Vergini-----O'Shea----Brown-------Réveillère Rodwell Larsson-------Gomez Mavrias--------Johnson Fletch There is mine but gus will pick different.
You've been notable in your absence, common when we win though isn't it? That's my preferred line up too, taking into account our inside forward switch and swap.
I'm not on much nowadays pal. you will see me then wont see me for weeks & maybe months. just the way life is at the minute.
Aye it was pal, lucky at times but so what. I would take a draw on sunday just to keep people's mood up before boring England week again.
Everton are a team that I used to admire, but the behaviour of their visiting supporters in recent years has went some way to changing my opinion...I really hope we send them home whinging like babies on Sunday...Ha'way me bonny lads...
I'm tempted to get over to the Tavern to see how they behave. I'll just have a couple of cans on the grass an take it all in. The early kick off may help but they'll probably have started drinking early anyway.
I'm working until 1pm, hopefully a little earlier, so will be struggling to get to a pub before the match...Hopefully have time to knock a couple down in the concourse before kick off though..
When time is against me I have a can by the Tavern. Beer is ****e everywhere I've been so far. What's a man got to do to get a pint of premium lager? Cheeky little polish number Outside the ground then a pint of piss when I get in then take my seat.

And this comment shows exactly how idiotic you are! Altidore - a centre forward - or Bridcutt - a DM by trade and you'd rather Altidore played when we are short of a DM? (Is there an irony smiley anywhere on here!)
Its looking like itll be a straight swap with Bridcutt coming in for Cattermole. Huge opportunity for the lad, hes got a lot of doubters to prove wrong.
Head coach provides injury update ahead of Everton clash. Patrick van Aanholt and Billy Jones will miss Sunday’s clash with Everton but Jack Rodwell could return to face his former club. Jones and Rodwell both missed Monday’s emphatic 3-1 win over Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park, with full-back van Aanholt suffering a shoulder injury after setting up Steven Fletcher’s opening goal. Speaking to safc.com, head coach Gus Poyet revealed that Jack Rodwell could return to action against the Toffees. “I think we are going to keep Jack out of training for a little bit longer to make sure that he is 100% there for Sunday, because we cannot take the risk with the amount of players we have. “I would say it is 99% he is going to be there with us which is important because we need people in the middle and it is important to have him with us.” He added: “I think he was getting better and learning a different way of playing whilst adapting to a new system, and again it is an opportunity when you want to show something because I think this game is very special for him.” The Black Cats will however be without defenders Jones and van Aanholt, but the head coach is hoping to see the duo return sooner rather than later. “Firstly we need to support Pat because like any player who has been playing week in week out it is always disappointing to get an injury. “We need him because really he is our only recognised left back so we are going to do some checks on him, but he looks better today and he looks more relaxed about the injury.” He continued: “Billy is doing well but he is very, very unlucky and it was so difficult to accept. “Sometimes you are playing football for 20-25 games then you get an injury and it is part of the game, but after what happened in pre-season and how good an impact he had in our team to get that injury during the international break really, really hurt everyone at the club. “We are trying to help him feel part of it and make sure that we he comes back he does so for many, many games.”
With what gus said in WMS post in mind I think Rodders may start against Everton (and why not?) PLay him in a deeper lying midfield role. If Buckley is playing then have them both together in there and push the attacking midfielder on with Johnson and Buckley on the wings. I peronslly wouldn;'t play buckley but think we're a little short of options ATM
I think he'll go .........................pants Vergini........o'shea......brown.........riv .................bridcutt....rodwell Buckley.................................johnson/larsson .....................................wickham ..........................fletch
