Breaking Bad was good but let's not kid ourselves, it's no Downton. Mind even DA pales into insignificance compared to LRTC. That's 'Lark Rise to Candleford' for the ignorant amongst you. As for Netflix? Well a fiver a month. I've watched BB on it and I've nearly finished series 3 of Homeland. I'm starting on Sons of Anarchy next.
So when i say I didnt enjoy it people can't respond "well you havent even watched it all". Plus it was so ridiculously hyped I kept thinking 'stick with it and it's bound to grow on you'.
It pains me to say it but i agree with Bummers. I've done the first two series of BB and its ****ing ****. I'm carrying on with it but nah. At least he's back to his usual self about LOTR, great films.
You know, I was thinking earlier have I been a bit too kind by calling it 'completely average'? I actually found watching it to be a real chore and not for any reason such as it being slow - because Hannibal is one of the slowest series I've ever seen and I love it - but because it's dull. I wouldnt go as far as your 'f**ing s**t', but it is pretty bad.
OK you have our attention now , you have called BB **** , what happens next ? you gonna sell us 2 punnets of strawberries for a paaaand ?
There's no doubting Downton's doughty demeanour. Divine. LRTC owes much to The Darling Buds of May though IMO. Although Lark's Larkin-like larkings linger longer. Luscious. I've not seen Sons of Anarchy. But I will go and start to watch it. Right now ha ha ha ha ha...
Couldn't get into Sons of Anarchy, watched 3 or 4 episodes of it. Still recommend Lilyhammer especially as series 3 just about to come onto it, hilarious
