On 13th February Mme applied to change her UK driving license into a French one. Since then long periods of silence, then another piece of paper arrives that requires action. Today the latest bundle has been delivered to the Sous Prefecture who assure her that they have everything needed now and that should be it. We will not hold our breathe as someone in Poitiers who is guarding their job is sure to think of another form that it would be useful to fill in.
