I like everyone in racing - I think the sport is populated by a wide variety of people who represent every aspect of life's rich tapestry. There is a complete absence of the kind of "superstars" you find in Association Football (for example) and I find there is a tremendous work ethic evident in those most closely involved with the horses themselves.
Agree largely with that with the possible exception of Channel 4 pundit Jim McGrath who always looks just a little bit too pleased with himself for my money. I'd also prefer it if the racing tapestry had less influence from Arab dictators.
What an opportunity SBC has given us, and, just to think, I can't even think of a single one at this moment! N.Henderson? Well, he just makes me laugh sometimes, mainly because he always looks a bit tipsy? That's an awful long list Abbot Chuckles, some of these guys aren't bad people at all IMHO. As for the last one named, who's he? Do you mean Tommy Lee Jones, who's nothing to do with horseracing of course, but maybe you had a bit of the hard stuff with your baguette today and got yourself confused? If so, can't agree, he's a very good actor. Let's see, who do I dislike, nope can't think of one yet. Nick Millard, former moderator of the old SL radio show used to tee me off a bit, but that was personal and mutual. Otherwise, nothing serious..............
I may have mentioned this before I reckon Nicky Henderson was the love child of Harry Enfield's Tim Nice But Dim and Zippy out of Rainbow. I'm assuming Zippy was a female which probably wasn't the case so my theory is completely flawed.
