Because Toure is very prone to catastrophic errors and lapses in concentration. More and more so as he's got older.

Absolutely. Just Kolo has had his fair share recently - no doubt on his day he has been, and still can be, a cracking defender. Just those days have been rather more sporadic in recent times. I'll be the first to cheer if he keeps Lovren out of the team though!
I like seeing English clubs do well , so dissapointed Liverpool lost . Lallana and lovren acted Iike children . We got good money for them , we don't miss them . Time to move on imho . Though I hope we stuff Liverpool at sms .......
Seems Anderlecht's 1st goal against Arsenal was offside. However, these things happen...they should still have been able to see this out against an inexperienced side. Will still qualify for group stage.

I didn't read what she said... but I saw a photo of their one year old girl looking for Daddy Lovren on the pitch. Hate him, but felt sad for the little girl.

They lost but better performance by Liverpool. Good to see Adam Lallana playing at the Bernabeu, i felt quite proud of the lad. Whatever happened in the summer, it is the way of the modern football industry and its history and no hard feelings from where i sit. It helps that Saints have benefited from it ! Sad for Rickie - but it was his choice.
Lol. I was thinking more Toure alongside Lovren. Toure is a leader like Fonte and then Lovren might be able to play half decent. Better option than the strangler Skrtl
One last kick from this thread....... Liverpool have released three of the club’s scouts as part of an overhaul of their scouting network. Alan Harper, Mel Johnson and Mike McGlynn have all parted company with the club. I wonder why?
