i fancy it could be 5 4 to us only because your defence is actually **** and ours is just ****e.

the game could be one for the purists though, watching two attacking teams that can't defend for their life.

On the way back, it's bitterly cold and waiting in a huge queue for the train. That second half tells you all you need to know about Wenger and his players. Bunch of gutless ****s. Wenger out!!!

Looking at the table, for us not to qualify would require us to lose both of our remaining games and either a) anderlecht beat both Dortmund and Galatasaray, or b) Galatasaray beat anderlecht and beat us by 4 goals or more.

    Highly unlikely we haven't qualified.

Still really pissed off we didn't hold our lead though. Need to do something about that nervy streak.

You should never go to the Arsenal station, just walk to Finsbury Park station.

Yes, it's called replacing Flamini and those two clowns at CB

I'm always nervous when flamini is playing at the moment, he is out of form and creates chaos on the pitch with his erratic play.

Mongreal summed up all his qualities with that pen, and this dickhead is our fourth choice CB. Only a ****wit would play that twat at CB.

We need to learn to shut up shop when it's needed and not go looking for another goal. Other than Arteta and the CBs almost every other player was still bombing forward looking to score. We should have left it to Sanchez and Welbeck / Podolski to stay up front and made damn sure that Ramsey, Cazorla, Ox/Rosicky stayed in MF and formed a bank of 4 to stop Anderlect playing though us. Instead we left ourselves wide open and got punished. It's not good enough.

Unforgivable to throw a three goal lead away, the first goal was so obviously offside, these ****ing ref's are becoming useless, but as Arteta said, we still had a 2 goal lead.

We will qualify, but if we come up against one of the big sides, either Madrid's, Barca, or Bayern, it will be a bad night for us. Though if I could pick who to get, it would be Madrid, sick of coming up against Bayern or Barca.

Oh and yes Podolski's defending was also unforgivable, look how much space there was on the left, and his pathetic jump of an attempt to block the cross, that right there is probably why Wenger never plays him, and will most likely never play him again. The ****er came on in the last 10 minutes and is too lazy to properly track back and close down.

Also, why didn't Wenger bring on Walcott ? We could have sat deeper in MF and one ball over the top could have killed this game.

And what's irritating is it's something we did very well when winning for most of last season. We would get a couple of goals up then close right up, get monreal on infront of Gibbs and use flamini. Unfortunately flamini is playing **** and monreal is needed at cb.... We don't really have any options for closing out games at the moment other than by applying more attacking pressure.

Arteta had been very good today prior to going off and I hope he isn't injured and that wilshere is back soon. We need more options to help shut up shop. We could do with our defenders being fit as well.

I don't blame him for not bringing Walcott, I think he wanted to, but when the score came bad I can understand his thinking for not using Walcott, but in hindsight Podolski was ****ing useless and Walcott would have probably been a better option....If that was Sanchez on the left, the Anderlecht player would never have the opportunity to cross.

We really need Kos back after the international break, we will need our strongest possible defence against United, who like us, have a very strong attacking unit.

    Totally agree.

Wenger must change HIS mentality - his "Wait and see" is too damaging. He should have subbed earlier on (either ALL attack or tighten it up even more). We need to be a bit more "boring" at times.

As for Flamini, cannot understand how his level has dropped so dramatically in 1 year, once Arteta came off, we lost all presence in defending from midfield and looked lightweight.

For me Flamini-Podolski have no future at Arsenal past this season, heck if possible past this January if we can find the players.

In those situations we need to play two banks of four, leave two up front with one applying pressure to the man on the ball and make the oppo work to try and get the ball forward instead of trying to score one more to kill the game off and leaving ourselves open.
