I used the term notes, rather than chords, as that's what TigerRoo had called them. You are obviously correct that those chords make up the basis of many different songs in many different genres, though personally I prefer adding a Amaj7 at the end.
At long last OLM I can put you right on something! I have perfect pitch (not many do) and can tell you there are three notes there b c# and d! (thats the three notes at the start of satisfaction in case of any confusion on my part)
