I know what you mean! But the one on Thursday is run by my mate and I, so we want to get as many good people along there. It's a bit of a slog, carting the PA up to the pub, setting it up, then waiting for enough people to turn up before kicking off, then getting some semblance of a running order together, and getting each act sounding good and balanced which we do on the fly to save time. If there's time when everyone's played a couple of songs we'll do a couple ourselves, and then everyone plays again in reverse order. Then we have to take down the PA, stash it all in my Land Rover and take it home! And all we get for doing this is a free pint from the landlady, but it's all about giving people live music to listen to. Definitely a labour of love.

Yep would be a lot of people being called *****s. One girl said she hasn't said anything wrong as she said " imagine Romeo when he is 20 , the way he looks now". If a guy said that about a 12yr old girl star they would get ripped.
Those comments are plain wrong. If men made comments about 12 year old girls they would be judged as *****'s like Beefy said.
I don't even pass comment on our Academy lads...even if they are nice looking, I would never view them as sexy. They are babies.
Just seen this amazing video on the Hull board (went on there to praise Steve Bruce), Mick was a Hull lad and they are discussing whether he should have a statue in the City. God bless you Mick. How do you fancy playing a legato like the one at the start of the guitar solo, Chilco?...
Very tasty, and totally out of my league. I would give anything to be able to play like that, and I really hope Mick gets his statue.
Chilcs - hoping to have Fable play in Bristol in the not too distant future. When things get announced drop me a PM & will make sure you have guest list +1 if you fancy coming along.
A Twitter account, under the name @RodgersOutClub, has revealed a plane will fly over Anfield when the team plays Chelsea on Saturday displaying a banner which says: "Brendan Rodgers is a football genius. Forever in love with Southampton and Swansea's footballers. £215m spent on absolute rubbish #RodgersOUT".
Baggsie, turn around, touch the floor I get the guest list for Kylie, when she's in town, any town..... don't bother with the '+1'
Haha, you've just missed the majority of her tour Fats. I have some sad news though - I hear she's started dating some 57 year old nobody. Well, I say nobody....billionaire....(only because she's not met you yet).
