I said a few races ago that with the form Hamilton was coming into and Rosberg's seeming mental defeat that Hamilton would win all the remaining races. So I had better vote accordingly...
He's riding high on confidence and with the likelihood of rain as well, only thing stopping Hamilton winning again is if he bins it or is stuck by a mechanical issue.. Gone for Hamilton but hope for a good showing from Jenson, just in case there's still a chance he could retain his seat with a decent drive, if not, then go out on a high!
Got a feeling Hamilton will try to take it easy but then muck up, things can happen when you're not at 100%. No way will the season end softly.
Wasn't Hamilton leading on 2012 with a handful of laps to go before being held up by a back marker then taken out by Hulkenberg. With that car under him and the conditions likely to favour him more then Rosberg, I'd be very surprised if he finishes behind the German, should both cars make it to the end..
Ok, I'll re-phrase it: that's what plenty of people were saying on this forum before this year's race in Japan. I just think that with Lewis in his current form, past performance seems less relevant.
I like the fact that in amongst all those colourful names is one corner simply named Turn 5. Bico de Pato is my favourite. The Duck's beak.
It depends mostly on how well he handles the pressure, which I think has been one of the main reasons he tends to run poorly in Brazil (going straight on at turn 3 in 2007, having to come through the field pretty much every year...)
That's a fair point but, right now at least, he seems to be transcending his past limitations. Actually, I don't want to tempt fate and anyway there's not long to wait to find out. I love back-to-back grands prix, shame they're both on Sky.
Thank ya for fixing my numbers EMSC. I think I'm right now. Going to have to mull this one over again... Think it could be Rosberg with a safe second from Hamilton. Urgh... these last two will be agony for a Hamilton supporter.
