Don't think the ref had a great game but wtf? Swings and roundabouts, and all that. On the down side, we were as nervous as **** early on, as you'd expect, but once we'd braved the storm we settled down. Still too many silly mistakes though, probably as you'd expect after the last 2 games. Great to see Fletch back on form. Both goals were well taken. The second with the outside of his foot was cool and clinical! Please God, let then take all the positives from that game and move on. For any Palace fans looking in, you got a great young team there! I hope you'll be safe this year, I'm sure you will be! There's so much pace in that team it's frightening! Wes's confidence must be ****ed after that though! I just hope he takes the positives from the result and moves on! We need him back on form. In spite of his mishaps, I still think we are better with him than without over the longer run, so I hope he doesn't get too much grief for the own goal.
