Agree on the referee - which I had not seen much comment on to the degree clive focus - he was awful - for both sides.... just weak and easily swayed..
"Gimps in Soho fetish clubs have carried greater authority" LMAO !! Great read " The behaviour of the QPR fans was impeccable, they outsung their hosts from beginning to last, and they gave the team a tremendous reception at full time despite the result which should send a strong message to the team about what is expected of them â defeats are forgivable, surrenders are not. The players, to a man, came over and offered their thanks. It felt like a potentially big moment in the season where the whole club pulled together again. Even Jose Mourinho couldnât help but admit that, in the stands at least, his club had taken a hammering. I felt tremendously proud to be a part of it. " And that is the best bit !!
Yes, another great report - yesterday at our local Costco I chatted with my East End West Ham mate who works there and congratulated him on their come back at Stoke. He had just watched our game, and indicated that in his opinion it was never a penalty, just a shoulder to shoulder barge on the edge of the box, but then added - "look at who you were playing against and where you were playing", which says it all - I believe ref Jones just caved into the occasion - Chelsea / Stamford Bridge / Players / Crowd / Mourinho - the Manc derby was full of incidents like this with no penalties given.
