Kyle Bartley spent a year at Sheff Utd as a first team regular, then Rangers took him north of the border, where he established himself in their team. At the moment I would say he is at least on par with where Chris Smalling was when United bought him from Fulham. Pedro Botelho is a left back/winger. Has been on loan in Spain for 3 and a half years, improving each year. Pacy and a good crosser. Francis Coquelin is a CM, who has improved immensley during his year on loan at Lorient. Would be a replacement for Denilson in the squad I would expect. None are going to be starters, but would improve our squad imo. Pedro is th emost likely to force his way into the team, Kyle would be a good back up, and Coquelin could prove valuable cover in midfield (Lanbury and Frimpong are 2 other very real candidates to replace Denilson). Of course this is without signings...
Whatever - anyway where I live they can do the round in their best bib and tucker. We all have to use 'tied' black bags, and take them out to the roadside. I asked if I could throw ours in the lorry, and have a council tax refund - but they refused.
