I accept he may have been racist on other threads (have said as much), just can't see where he has been in this instance that seemed to wind people up so much. Well yes, I think he could have meant all foreigners irrespective of race. That's what the sentence means so that's what I take it to mean. And no, there is no indication that 'the ****ers' are non-white, that's just in your imagination. It wasn't racist.
