If we continue like this Ashley will look forward to the ha window.

Nevertheless it's all good right now we are at a peak league position wise we are exactly were we aim to be.

Nothing missing in the flat pack today

Great result. Taken the gloss off abit is all this media 'What do you think of Pardew now Newcastle fans!' - totally forgetting how awful we have been in the past, along with all the other bullshit and we as fans were somehow making a 'big deal' about being utterly awful for months upon end. I'm enjoying this run as I'm sure we all because given the past we all know how it can abruptly end and us going on a horrible losing streak.

My personal belief, losing Cabaye was a ridiculous hit last january, we didn't replace him, yet people still felt the need to blame Pardew at every opportunity. Pardew has spent months trying to get around the fact we played through one guy, with players who ultimately can't play that way. We go into the transfer window, sign a few players, but players who desperately need time to adapt, as they're all pretty much weak as ****. We had a pretty hard run of games to start, and because we had a weak back end (because of the Cabaye sale), people jumped down Pardew's throat way too quick. The people holding signs are embarrassing in my opinion.

He should have been sacked for unprofessional conduct, not any other reason. He wasn't. One thing we know, Pards aces things when we have momentum, and right now we're flying. He deserves credit <ok>

Alan is a perfectly decent manager for us. I have nothing to beel about regarding tactics or anything. He's just an arsehole.

Stats don't lie and we're the worst Prem side this calendar year.. fact.
A couple more wins and the arsehole press may have a point.
Until then they can suck my balls.

Great result and tactical masterclass from Pardew. Credit where its due. His subs were fantastic again. He even dropped Le Gouf! Obertan will be a big miss. I have to hold my hand up, Cisse, Obertan and Saylor have all proven me wrong. Saylor has been superb and his/Colo partnership is excellent. Love Janmaat, bloke is just brutal. Balotelli looked like he wanted to cry on several occasions. He does not give a **** who they are, they are getting it. He hassles non stop.

The thing that stood out was how well we were organised, great shape to the team, and we stuck to it. Far cry from the shambles after Cabaye went.

Where were the Pardew out signs today? I looked around the ground and couldn't see any. Fickle bastards, at least stick to your guns. They'll be back if we hit a sticky patch. I'm not convinced with him over long periods, but he certainly has his moments. Very impressed with him at present.

Colback and Abeid were like terriers today. Non stop graft, interceptions and effort.

    Wipeout <laugh>

Question... why are people saying that's a red card? No studs, no slicing lunge... he just took him out? Yellow all day long <ok>

    Two things to note Pulp

    1. Janmaat is very evil (this got a massive cheer from those beside me)
    2. Watch Abeid recover his fake injury <laugh> His shame brought on the injury but he still did the decent thing and jumped up when thought danger was imminent. Need not have bothered, Daryl decided to terminate.

For me its on the cusp between the two, simply because it looks like there is no intent to get the ball. We're due a few in our favour though.

    Quality wipeout though <laugh>

Simply because it should have been a straight red.

    <doh>

There was no doubt about it, Dangerous foul play with studs flying.

Balotelli could easily have taken someones eyes out with his flying boots, which were well off the ground. How he stayed on after that I do not know!!!!???

I think it's only a red for simulation if you're in the pelantee area trying con the ref into giving a pelantee. As it was near the half way line, yellow seems fair. I still can't stand all these foreigners diving mind. Drives me mad.
