http://www.dailystar.co.uk/football/view/198934/Robin-van-Persie-wants-out-of-Arsenal/? Seen this this morning andd hope its not true. But I guess the likelyhood of it being true is the same as the daily star telling the truth is it not?
An awful lot of people will believe anything they read, hence the success of the Star, Sun, Talksport, SkySports.... Unfortunately even some of the 'quality' papers now quote these tabloids so you're best off not believing anything until it happens.
Losing Van Persie would be the biggest blow to Arsenal, bigger than losing Fabregas, Nasri or whoever else, but I doubt it'll happen.
Skysports aren't bullshitters, if it ever says Sky Sources before it, it's pretty much always true. They will quote the tabloids, but that doesn't mean they agree with it. I wonder if the tabloids just sit there and make up controversial ****. And I can't believe that people actually believe everything that is published.
Why would RVP want to stay if Cesc, Samir, Arshavin and Clichy are going, it won't be for the money, he'll be left playing in the kindergarten. The house is finally falling down on Wenger and he can't or won't do anything about it.
I've lost count of the times sky sources have 'understood' something that turned out not to be true. As a news station they should only quote things they believe to be true so copying obviously false information from the tabloids isn't acceptable. As for RvP, I really doubt he will leave, its just scare tactics from the red tops.
And van Persie is ready to rock the Gunners further by handing in a transfer request IF boss Arsene Wenger fails to replace his departing Fabregas’ impending departure to Barcelona would promote van Persie to skipper as the club’s most experienced player, Err, what?
Don't get his hopes up mate, I am never a fan of letting youngsters getting their head inflated with too much praise. Sure he has potential to be the new Nohlman but he has an awfully long way to go before he gets to that stage.
