marvin sordell has said on twitter that he has no intention of "jumping ship" to cardiff

I'm sure there are lots of players who are NOT coming to Cardiff. Hopefully hear of a few more who ARE in the next couple of weeks.

Who is he anyway? Have there been links with him from other sources?

 

there was speculation that there was interest on our part and hes the striker at watford scored 12 in the league last year

 

I Saw him at the CCS last year and it has to be said he looked a very good player. Strong in the air, quick on his feet. . . well were not getting him and I think there are better options available to Malky. And tbh I think Watford might just ignore Malky's number if he rings again! .

 

malkay left him out of his team for the second half of the season aswell apparently so doubt he sign him up thinking about it especially if we sign goodwillie,earnshaw and bellamy we'd have too many players who are too similar

 

I haven't seen or heard anything about Sordell but saying that, I hadn't heard anything about Cowie until about half hr before it was confirmed on CCFC site.

Very little loyalty in this business/sport and money always talks but this just looks like he's calming a few worried Hornets.

 

And worried those Hornets must be.

The very heart of their team has been ripped out.

Relegation fodder this season surely?

 

To be fair Lukey, you could also say that about us.

We're around 12/1 for the drop along with Brum - how the hell are Hull, Leeds and Middlesbrough longer odds than us and Brum?

 

to be fair watford were one of the favourites for the drop last season and managed to survive so you never know

Yes I'm aware of that, but they were supposed to go down the last two seasons, and the only thing that was keeping them up was the way the team went the extra mile for each other. Remove the man who made that happen and a player or two and the effects could be devastating...

What with Bellamy, Betty and Chops, and big Jonny Parkin on the bench, he never got a look in.

You can't Win London, I thought it was a good post and informed me of something I hadn't heard (and many others hadn't), which had something to do with CCFC, if it's related to Cardiff then I welcome posts, the more posts the better in my eyes and I don't see why people ae complaining .

 

Come on guys, nothing wrong with the original post but mostly gentle banter afterwards once Sordell apparently made his position clear.
