Yeah I'll admit there were many bitter comments from Newcastle fans on the sites. Many supportive ones too though (I'm pretty certain mine will have been the latter), I'll believe we have a chance of winning it when I see it in our hands. I'm 33 (on Friday) and yet to see us win anything in my life! I expect banter and it is totally due.

Nothing about our result tonight made sense, we played a mostly reserve side away against the current league champions who played a pretty strong side. Decisions in the match went very much against us (a couple of arguable penalty shouts, a player elbowing ours, a playing stamping on the back of one of ours, etc.) but we still won. Logic went out the window but there are a few teams in it who are better than us.

Anyway I'll stop there. Bit manic tonight, first time I've been happy after our games in a while (last two results have been good but games have been tight/flukey).

 

Easy ....... I've done it, on these forums, a dozen times.

1) You nominate a local bookie of your choice, ask him to handle the bet and sort the odds etc.

2) You lodge your money.

3) I make an internet payment for my part of the bargain.

4) The bookie pays out, less his cut.

5) You laugh all the way to the bank and I have to eat s**t on here while you laugh through your arse.

So ....... who's your choice of bookie?

Derby only got 11 points in their premier league season in 2007 ish.
We are not the worst team ever and we don't even have a lowest points record to break. Mag.

I forgot about that. We both get to the FA cup final and were winning 2-0 at half time then second half the mags equalise and get a penalty in the last second to win it.

 

Going back to your roots Doug, once a mag always a mag.
