Oh thank god for that, after he was proved right about Lallana, I felt very uneasy not hating Clattenberg.

Now I can happily go back to hating him and thinking he's a jumped up twat.... that loves Ed Sheeran *shudders*

I suppose those are the rules, but they're a bit strict, it seems to me.

Yeah, his mother should let him leave the ground on his own, he's a grown man.

Yes, noone should ever have an opinion or say anything unless it is bland.

He actually told a fan who said they needed a new CB that his mother was a prostitute. Think he should have been blander than that. However, the punishment does seem over the top...though it may be because he'd been in trouble before.

Surely the tweet is separate to his football career and therefore shouldn't get fined/suspended by the FA? A police caution, maybe (albeit loads of people say similar stuff and don't get cautioned).

Nope, people seem to think saying crap online can't impact their jobs. The whole "my views are my own and not of" what ever you do means nothing. Your view or abuse of others is very much part of their working lifes, as you represent the place you work for.

Now when there's a code of conduct for use of social media in player contracts, and the fact he's on an FA Panel and wants to represent them at FIFA level.
