We sign Adebola for 6-8k ? a week. We sign Mckenna for 10-115k? a week. We dont need either of them. what we do need is Max Gradel from Leeds. Therefore we could pay hiom up to 20k a week. Why not? Be fair Tiger city, he stated between 10 and 115k and is probably right. Accurate info is a rare commodity on here.
Yes obviously the 115k was meant to be 15k. Comment on the post or not, but cant stand people who point out spelling errors. I mentioned Gradel as he is interesting West Ham and Leeds seem to be losing their best players. An attacking winger/forward is desperately needed and he fits the bill. I think he was at Leicester with NP too. We are overflowing with centre mids. Yes i guessed at the wages hence the question marks.
The 115k was clearly a typo. I can see where Chazz is coming from a little by him wanting some one BIG signing rather than two decent ones, except we HAVE needed a McKenna ever since Ash put on the extra weight (and subsequently left). As for Adebola I think he will be the 20 minute battering ram when we need a plan B (I'm still thinking him and Barmby as a double substitution will give defenders a very different set of problems to the ones Simpson/Fryatt will cause). I think we have some, potentially, exciting players in our squad already: Stewart, Rosenior, Fryatt, Simpson, Koren, Bullard (!), along with a very good looking defense forming. The defense should be tight but also be able to pass the ball out this year. I think we'll be dark horses!
Good post. I can live with signing Mckenna, but only if we hadnt signed Evans. To me Evans is a defensive midfielder and a good one potentially but he needs the opportunity to play week in week out. To play them both together is too negative in my eyes.
We've signed five players, as many as any other Championship club and we still expect more incomings, can't people wait to see who they are before ****ing whinging about them.

Yes, quite some time ago and before I spoke to Forest fans about what contribution he could make. Go back to 2007 and I'm sure you'll find a post from me stating we wouldn't make it to the Premier League. I know you do and you post great stuff which i respect but why arent you extending the same courtesy to me? I genuinely believe we didnt need Ade and Mckenna, but we do need an attacking winger/forward.
