He must have sat there for over an hour or two keyboard raging, in some of those replies. The man's a fool and deserves it imo.
The thing is they probably only get a few punters each day and clearly remembered the group booking so you will need to be pretty vague.

“An Italian Basil Fawlty”

I popped in to Qua Italian a few Saturdays ago and was hoping for a burger and chips or possibly an all English breakfast like they do at Wetherspoons for a fiver with a pint.
All they had was spaghetti Lasagne and all sorts of oily rubbish,
After being spoken to like an Italian Basil Fawlty for requesting double sausage egg and chips i reluctantly went for the pizza , it was doughy in the middle swimming with grease and had random bits of some weird round Italian sausage on it as well as olives.
I couldn't finish it as i felt sick with all the oil everywhere, i politely asked Basil i will call him if i could have a can of Irn Bru and he rolled his eyes and snapped that they don't serve Irn bru.
Living in Scotland all my life you would think he would stock it as it is very popular in our country.
The experience was dreadful mainly due to the angry obnoxious manager and i will never visit there again.

Dont normaly feel tah need to complain but feel that I have too. I pooped in the Que on the way to the Celtic game a few weeks back with my normal football gear on, me and my 14yo son and a cuple of his pals to grab a pizza. Some guy came up to us and said that we can't sing songs in the restront! I said how no, as they were no one in and it was just me and the bhoys. The manger came out and said that he wisnt gone to serve us but I used my charm and got a few pizzas. The spicy sausgae pizza was too spicy and wen i complaind the manager was very rood and told us to leaf and we were still hungary.
