Deserved win, imho. We were poor, but Swansea were worse. It wasn't the prettiest of games that's for sure. Coutinho head and shoulders above the rest, the way he brought down that lobbed through ball in the final minute was superb, shame his shot was deflected. He must start in future, he's improving with every game

Well we looked good at times, mainly due to Coutinho. Thought Markovic played better than in any other game so far (but still not 1st team standard). Balotelli scored the type of goal he has been missing all season, as he usually gets into a decent position then fluffs it. Borini reminded me of Dirk tonight never stopped running, but never got anywhere, his cross was good though. Johnson was out of position on a regular basis, but Mankiller had a good game. The other advantage is that Sterling and Gerrard had a rest.
Disappointed Can didn't start or even feature tonight. Hope he starts again Newcastle. As for Coutinho, he is looking better than ever.
couts was again our best player,markovic was a real let down for me he doesnt look anywhere near a 20mill player. lambert was woefull and needs to be shipped out in january he doesnt offer us anything, cant believe we signed him.
