Alright guys so this has probably already been done but I thought I would put my opinion out there.

    Goalkeepers:

Krul: He has played for Holland and is a good keeper with great potential. Good shot stopper and could be up there with the best in the league in years to come.
Harper: Good, reliable goalkeeper and liked by most fans. He has the club at heart, very good professional
Foster: Played well with Celtic and could become an England squad member in years to come.
Overall this position is one of great strength.

    Defenders:

Simpson: Has improved a great deal, decent at defending and very good at going forward.
    Perch: Hopefully he leaves.
R.Taylor: Decent squad player, good at set pieces.
S.Taylor: Next captain and very good at the back. Also can score goals.
Coloccini: Amazing last season, looks assured on the ball, is another goal threat.
Williamson: Great signing for 1M, looks dodgy against pace.
Kadar: lots of potential, hopefully gets a few games next year.
Enrique: One of the best LB's in the world. Enough Said. Hope he stays.
Ferguson: Lots of potential again, always looked good last year.
Could do with another CB and LB if Enrique leaves, N. Taylor may be joining soon.

    Midfielders

Routledge: Lots of pace and I've always liked the lad, hope he does well next year if he stays
Barton: Great last year and always creates chances, he loves the club so Pardew give him a new contract!
Gosling: Haven't really seen him much but has potential and should be a decent squad player next year.
Guthrie: Unsure if he is good enough for the league, had a few good showings last year so might be a decent squad player but won't mind if he moves on.
    Tiote: Beast!!!
Cabaye: He plays for France and looks like a steal for 4.5M.
Smith: Looks to be on his way, tries hard but doesn't really contribute.
Marveaux: Looks good and Liverpool wanted him so its good to steal a player from them, lets hope he stays fit.
Jonas: Decent player, the team looks bad without him, he wins a lot of set-plays and the team wouldn't be the same without him.
Ben Arfa: He will be an absolute beast next year if he stays fit, could turn into a great player. Maybe even could be a little like Henry, he started as a winger.
The obvious thing we need is a right winger, and i believe Pardew wants to get one in.

    Strikers:

Ba: Great scoring record in his career, looked good last year at West Ham, Will score goals if he stays fit.
Best: Good squad player, should keep him in my opinion, he can score in the Barclays Premier League.
Ameobi: Legend, not a great striker but we couldn't be without him could we?!?
Lovenkrands: Very frustrating striker but can score goals.
Ranger: Always looks dangerous but awful goals per game ratio.
Vuckic: Should play more games next year, lots of potential, lets hope he does. Same applies to Airey.
We need a new striker and hopefully a number 9.

Overall our squad looks good, we also have a few good youngsters who could play a few games. With a good RW and ST we will have a very good squad and could challenge Europe.

Agree with everything you've said to be honest. Very accurate summaries of all the players

I think Tavernier has potential to be our first choice right back. Simpson is sometimes a liability, lennon goal at st james is an example.

Sturridge and N'Zogbia would be my perfect additions to that squad.

With Ranger, Smith, Routledge likely to leave I wouldn't mind getting a versatile midfielder in on the cheap to cover RW and CM as well. Not sure how much Krancjaer would cost but could be worth a look at at the right price.
