2-0 makes it look easy, it wasn't but the result is far more important than the performance...

Agree. Yun, Henry, Vargas & Austin were all top players tonight.

Good result but big holes in midfield ... still take them anyway we can

    We've got lift off!
Absolutely vital win, not cut adrift before Chelsea and City. Huge weight off the players shoulders tonight.

Not been a big fan of Austin this year but the two goals he scored were fantastic. <cheers>

I think it is perfectly understandable that it would take him a while to adjust to the EPL.

He is a hard worker, and is desperate to prove himself at this level.

    Patience !!

Great result but a poor performance...should give us some confidence for our game against Chelsea

Good result and a deserved win too. This could be a real confidence booster for us and now Chelsea&Manc matches ahead where we have nothing to lose. A point from those two matches could be fantastic. Hail to Charlie and for Green too because there has not been many matches where he hasnt let the first shot in.... Now he played like a Premier League goalkeeper should.

I'll happily take that and some signs of confidence too.

The passing was shoddy but got better but the shape was fantastic throughout. The positioning wasn't bad either.

It wasn't a perfect performance, far from it but still a miles ahead of performances against WHU and ManU....
