Good Morning Everyone, Bet nobody saw that coming, did they? Nobody that is, apart from Sniffer! Lets quickly analysis the game. We were in total control at half time, and should have been at least two up. There was some great link up play, with Antenucci being heavily involved, even Morison showed some great touches. In the second half Jackett changed things around, and we did not know how to combat that! Was that Milanic's fault? Probably not! Many of the Championship Managers have been around the block so many times, they can second guess what their opposite number is going to do, and prepare the team for that. This was Milanic's first time in English football, and he is still getting to grips with the Championship game. Was Cellino right to sack Sarko? Was 32 days enough to show your boss your credentials? Why didn't Redders join Darko on the bench for the last three games, when invited to join up with the first team? Redders and Cellino were certainly pally sitting together watching the game from up above! I wonder what they were talking about? Hhhhmmmmmmm.......... Would Milanic have got sacked, even if we had won? Who is going to be Redders number two? Who can replace Redders at the academy?

Morning all. Cellino needs to stop looking for the cheap option and get a proven coach in place. Redfearn is not the right choice, nobody would have wanted him previous to his last stint. Now we all know how this is going to end up, Redfearn sacked within 12 months and zilch stability anywhere in the club. When is Cellino buying back ER seems to have gone quiet?
Morning El, Darko was pants for us, although I could see what he was trying to do, I couldn't see a win coming under him. Far too negative although I do feel sorry for him. Hopefully Redders will have the bollocks not to implement the diamond. In my opinion you need a real world class rock to play the base of the diamond to be successful. A Batty, Bremner type which we don't have. I hope Redders has reassurances that he can pick up with the academy if Cellinos trigger finger gets itchy again!
Morning ristac, as you were saying, we need someone that knows the Championship. Its all about stability. Stability 18% Confidence 15%
Morning Bucks, All Darko's family came down for the game. Cellino didn't even tell Darko himself, he got Selerno to do it.
If the season ended tomorrow what would the highlight of it have been, what could we take forward with optimism, for me the academy players breaking through with more to come. We should not risk that under any circumstance Cellino will not change, what is the longest a coach has lasted under him? What will Redfearn be able to achieve different with the same players being forced to play the same formation and if Cellino does have his favourite suggested players then it really is no hope alley for Redfearn. As for assurances, a joke, Cellino is not a man of his word, it changes from week to week.
Morning all Well, well, well. Who'd have thought Darko would be here for less time than the Hock?! For a manager adjusting to the English game I do feel this was a harsh sacking. Yes we need results, but 6 games does seem pretty ridiculous! I worry now that we are on a path to lose Redfearn by the end of the season. Agree with Bucks, hopefully he is seeking an assurance that he can have his academy role back if he doesn't work out as 'head coach'. We are going to find it harder and harder to get 'head coaches' in if Cellino continues down this crazy path of sacking people every two minutes.
What exactly are these assurances the Redfearn is going to get? I get the impression that some people think he'll be guaranteed his job as academy coach if the head coach position doesn't work out for him! This won't happen!!! Otherwise there'd be no point in appointing him as head coach! Yeah there'd be no pressure on him as he's guaranteed his old job back but without that pressure why would he care how bad a job he's inevitably going to do?
What the hell are you lot like? I go away for two days and the whole show falls apart. First you hassle my fellow Irish colleague over a couple of songs we shared and then you manage to get rid of another manager. Don't know what this forum is coming to at all at all at all.. We thought there was never a dull moment under Bates but Massimo takes the biscuit. Unfortunately, as has been the case for the past decade, the majority of the discussions about our club are for all the wrong reasons. Wonder if our football will ever be a talking point again
Again though Cellino is not a man of his word and what happens to the new man in charge of the academy when Redfearn wants his old job back, he just gets sacked because Redfearn wasn't good enough with the first team? Where does that leave the confidence, moral and player respect for Redfearn when he is basically told you are not good enough so go back to coaching the kids, it is all a disaster waiting to happen. Redfearn needs to stay in charge of the academy, he will probably have more games in charge of us as interim coach than any of the semi permanent guys who come and go every 6-8 weeks. When Redfearn goes which he will before the season ends then I agree totally DamnedUnited - Who in their right mind would take on the challenge 1) A thief disguised as Santa 2) The only poor Arabs on the planet 3) Cellino - Not sure how to describe him if I am honest When it comes to a club finding new owners......
Much more well thought out than I have managed at this point of the morning. I've had my coffee now, and can see you're right!
Do I need to check the jukebox thread out? I've left that alone on the basis I thought it would just be music!
Tactics wrong against Rotherham defended too deep gave advantage to the home side then on Saturday played Morrison on the wing in the 2 half when he had done so well running into channels in the first half and playing Mowatt and Pearce had to go good morning to matt andco froma dull cote de bardsey
If you do be warned - DO NOT click play on any of the songs posted, otherwise you will have a god damn awful tune stuck in your head for the rest of the day
Ha ha! With me being a mod and a pioneer for uk hip hop I'm sure everyone would think my taste in music is just as bad!
