Woah woah woah... If you're going to get into one of my lads, you're going to get the treatment QPR Sword Hoopy boy was going on about in relation to firms... I'll show you the true meaning of firm!!!! Wait... That just sounds sexual Well whatever... Us Chelsea supporters are the hardest lads around, so you best not go rubbing us up the wrong way, or else you'll get shafted, got it?!?!
Me too. I'm quite worried about the game to be honest, you'll provide stiff opposition (but I'm more worried about the Champions League to be honest, and Jose only getting a semi again this year). Whatever happens, sure you guys won't go down, as much as I'd like you to
I think we just handed you the league. We'll try and keep up the semblance of a second london team challenging for the CL with our 19th century football but TBH, most of us are just happy we won't be looking at a relegatiuon fight in November for a change. COYI
Miggins, some of you lot must be eating humble pie after the way they treated Big Sam in the past. Just goes to show if you stick with a manager who has a good track record he will get it right. I have always admired Alladyce, talks straight no bullshit type of manager, and the recent transfers have been very good, you have a diamond in Enner Valencia, the guy is like Ramires with twice the skill.
I imagine some are, some like me are as smug as though, unlike Newcastle and Blackburn fans, some of us remembered after he had been at Bolton a few years we would generally get played off the park by them. Last year was dire and hard tot take for most, especially the Forest game, but you only had to look at our injury list to see the reason, no strikers fit, then our midfield was out, when they started to trickle back in Oct we lost all our defenders and had to use a reserve from the Championship as cover. I would've done exactly the same, for the City and Forest cup games as I said to a few fans on another forum (where there actually are hammer fans). Our injury list had given us barely a fit XI with a run of season saving must win games approaching, to play three cup games with our first XI was a luxury we simply couldn't afford, and to play fast attacking football, we simply didn't have the players for it, with some of the ones we did have rarely put in a shift, like Diame, Diarra and Maiga. In the end it worked out for us, we won all our must wins and stumbled to safety. Now we've strengthened the midfield, got rid of the deadwood and improved what we had almost everywhere he can vary his tactics more, his philosophy is win the games he thinks he should win and try not to lose the ones he doesn't. We look more attacking, but I reckon, come Chelsea, we'll be back to a bit of '19th century' football (it's quite ironic Mourinho described it that way, 19th century football usually had about 5 or 6 forwards)
Eden is very selfish! could have easily played in Oscar thru on goal at 26th minute. That part Eden sucks!!
Drog should have sold rafa a dummy and pulled the trigger with his left peg in to the far corner!! So close to be back - Drogman!
Can't believe that wasn't a pen. Both Terry and Ivan getting close-lined simultaneously, with the ref looking straight at it. Ludicrous.
Oscar reciprocates at 59th min. Rather than putting Eden on goal - puts him wide expecting a cutback. Need to play for the team for feck sakes!!
