Going into October it looked a tough ask and going through it unbeaten is a positive for me. November will be telling, in theory we should win the first couple but no theory works in this league. As for the month end it will tell us if we really are up there with Cardiff likely to be on a bounce by then and Derby likely to be the most consistently boring team in this league.
We moved a week ago Thursday (16th) so are fairly well unpacked. Going to Wales tomorrow to bring some of the bits and pieces from there that we chose not to move to the rental houses - some large bookcases especially together with an awful lot of books. We have organised a small removal van so that we can also bring a lot of our personal items that we had left behind - they are arriving at about 6.30 a.m.pn Thursday !!!
Good luck on Thursday, it is quite traumatic moving so I wish you all well. Bet you, once you get settled, the first think you want will be among the things you've left in Wales.
We mhave been living like gypsies for the last 18 months - in and out of rented places - and so have got used to not having something we used to "rely" on. Hopefully this time we can remove the things that we have been missing and not have to go back for a while
I still have stuff in boxes that I shifted here from the UK over 20 years ago! Admittedly, it is mainly my Grandmother's China.
We also have stuff in boxes that came when we moved out here. Whenever we ask have you seen something that is wanted but cannot be found, the standard answer is that it is in a box somewhere.
