The vast majority of dogs are no problem for the vast majority of the time. However, they can all turn nasty at the drop of a hat unexpectedly at one time or another, and when one of these dogs are super strong and capable of ripping a man to pieces, for me this is unacceptable.

    So can humans

How many canine terrorists do you know?

Dogs seldom turn nasty unexpectedly, there's usually a reason if you know where to look for it, and therefore you can usually avoid the confrontation

You come across like a typical pit bull owner..numb from the neck up that is..
For the record, I have been a dog owner who is well aware of both sides of this argument. I'm also well aware that dogs, like all animals can be very unpredictable..

Do you see anything wrong with eating dog?

we eat cows, chickens, pigs, ducks, in fact most things, why in the western world is dog frowned upon?

Yeah well aye I would. Until I hear a report that makes it worth eating I'd be interested. In the meantime I'll stick to meat I know I enjoy and try new meat as and when it's available.

I suppose it is because they have a special relationship with many as household pets..
Having said that, I had pet rabbits when I was young, but loved rabbit meat to eat as long as it wasn't my rabbits..

I'm not fussed tbh, not keen about eating a pet that's been abducted from a child like in some parts of the east, nowt to do with taste, just my own ethics.

Do you not think conditions effect the taste of your meat? I do, it's in the texture more than anything. Especially chicken.

I understand about the dog like, same with horse, it's adequate but not great. But chickens, pigs and ducks in particular, three species I personally think benefit in taste by a better life. I love duck btw, just ****ing love it, season with star anise and I'm away in heaven. Bit of a foodie and avid meat eater here.
