We have players starting for us that would fail to make City and Chelsea B teams, that doesn't help. Allen and Can in our starting 11? Lean times. Can looks raw, Allen is useless

 

Dull, toothless and lacking quality. Still, at least we haven't conceded.

 

Defo pen. on Lallana,Hull working hard,hopefully tire in the 2nd half

 

So is this the standard that we are going to accept this season? We are still rubbish! Please bring on Lambert for Balotelli AND if we do nothing else all week practice passing to each other ACCURATELY

I'd have Lambert on as well against this lot. Balotelli hasn't competed for a single header, whereas Lambert would put himself about and give them problems

 

Dreadfully poor game. Passing is piss poor. Balotelli just being himself. Can't blame him for doing that but it kills us so it's Rodgers' head

 

Allen I agree with mate, About exciting as Konchesky. Utterly mediocre player shouldn't even make the bench.

Can though, still raw has much bigger potential. Adds strength and pace to the midfield and It's important he gets the minutes to improve his game.
Gerrards could barely run, but Rodgers will never have the balls to take him off. Has he been rested at all until now?

Apart from the opening remark about it being outstanding, I think that's a fair enough comment. Liverpool have been disjointed, but credit to Hull.

Lucky not to have conceded a pen like, but I think their fans can be happy with this as an away performance.

Rodgers, instead of telling Gerrard what to do, get him off and get someone actually useful on.

Like I said, Balotelli hasn't competed for ONE header thus far this afternoon, or given the Hull CBs a hard time. Lambert will bully them in the air and won't be caught lazily moping around the pitch on his heels. Great sub, but the wrong player came off, should have been useless Mario
