Hi Guys, please with our gritty 1-0 win over Stoke this weekend and think Wednesday will be tight, especially if Hughes decides to play 4-4-2 which seemed far more effective against us. Suspect both teams will put out strong teams with a few changes apiece. Who would be in your starting XI?
Well just a line or two following the game on Saturday. I have not watched what was said on MOTD but I think we were very ineffectual going forward until Diouf came on and still the keeper did not have a shot to save. I thought we went there without too much ambition. I was impressed with Southampton with the speed of their passing and their control. I have no doubt t hat Kuhlman has moved them on well. They are not missing Luke and Chambers, Llanana, Lambert and whoever else!
I am bringing 15 up on Saturday so we hope it will be a magic bus for West Ham. Nick it was only 50 miles each way Saturday. Cris

I used to think that your "handle" was all fiction. But recently I was forced to watch a tv program which is about people looking for a new home. And this program visited Tenterden. And what a beautiful place it is , you are blessed , and a priviledged Stoke supporter as well , what more could you ask for.
Tenterden is a beautiful place and agree I was fortunate to live there, as is that part of Kent. However, I have moved to Berkshire in the last 3 years on retirement, as it is 75 miles closer to S-O-T and I do not have to touch the M25 to come back to the Potteries! alsoi there were family ties close by and it is easier to get to Manchester where one of our sons live! I retained that name in the hope that I might find some other Southern Stokies.
