Anyone ever had Gumbo before?

Another Southern Louisiana delicacy.

Yes it was delicious creole food is very tasty if you like sausage and seafood .

 

Jumbalay, Crawfish pie, Fillet Gumbo,

Cajun food is the nuts, mate. French haute cuisine with a spicy southern U.S. twist. Probably Spanish and African influences too.

 

I do so will give it a go.
