Then the casino opened training schools in Italy and Hungary and started replacing staff for £18k the steady flow of staff leaving was not good enough so they made widespread redundancies and now 80% probably more are from over seas. I could not afford to live in London on £18k a year and feel they are exploiting the migrants I do not blame them. After 17 years in casinos I would not go back they have killed it for normal working class Brits like me. On the plus side since the experienced British staff left the casino it is run like the Wild West with staff and customers frequently being carted off to hospital through violence and the greedy c**ts have lost their alcohol license . New ham council know it is not being run properly and hopefully they will pull the plug on the c**ts.
