Can being the important word. Mostly people get a suspended sentence and a ban from owning animals. They should have to go to prison.
Rather depends on this gig we have in London on Tuesday. Got some important types coming down and if the booking agent likes her, well then we should be on. That's a heart attack on a plate. On a healthy diet now, but learn from my mistake and watch what you eat before you are ill.
A treat now and again can do no harm. All you have to do is eat everything in moderation as too much of anything can be bad for you.
I have treats (cake, chocolate)...people make a mistake of being too hard on themselves. You will never stick to it. Never forbid yourself something if you want it...as time goes by, you just want it less and less.
Fair enough, but personally I wouldn't class one of those abominations as a treat! I'd much sooner have a nice dish of moules marinière any day.
When people say they're dieting, I'm always baffled as it means when the diet is over, they go back to how they were eating previously and put on the weight they put so much effort into getting rid of! A consistent healthy diet is what people who want to lose weight need (and most girls who go on a temporary diet aren't even overweight!).
Not my thing either. My cheat meal (as they call in in gym terms) is pizza. Have like one a month and that is my only takeaway I have a mainly, very rarely I will have a chinese or something. Like Fran I cant go with out a cake now and again as I have a sweet tooth.

Reading over this thread again reminded me of that bunch of nippers, of perhaps 12 to 16 years, who took a frightened little dog to a bridge and threw it off it. They laughed like drains while the dog whimpered with broken bones below. And they videoed it..! I hold no special love for dogs, I only want to defend against the bully, so I might even kill under those circumstances. It depends how long my anger would sustain me. Guaranteed that I would lose it and they would come out of it damaged.
