Stoke are yet another team we have found difficult to beat in the past. I am quietly confident that this game will break another hoodoo. 3-0 Saints (same as I predicted us to beat Sunderland by .
Sorry I have got a bit more optimistic during the day so me new prediction is...............9-1. However I'm pretty sure Walters will fall over a piece of grass whilst trying kick a piece out of Fonte and the ref will give them a penalty hence their 'goal'. Mark Hughes will complain that four of Saints goals were fouls and that four of Stokes dives weren't given. Tadic hat-trick from 3 shawcross grappling penalties (the third getting him his third yellow and sent off)
Stoke did a great job in sitting back against City, they have a well drilled defence and then managed to hit City on the break. May be a frustrating afternoon but I am hoping for an early goal to open the game up. Long for me as the pace of Mane will be lost as they will have 9 men behind the ball
Has anyone checked the weather forecast? If there's a strong wind from the Stoke half, Begovic may cause problems. But then, Forster is taller than Boruc...
Just looked at the Stoke forum...getting themselves in a knot about SaintsWeb who are being their usual selves. Really shouldn't judge Saints fans from that site, though I will say you are going to find fans biased towards Saints if you go on a Saints site.
I think Jack Cork went down injured and they doubt his veracity...hence one asked if he had survived. Someone may remember more than me.

Not sure what "veracity" means. Something to do with truth? Edit: Ok, I get it now. Was he faking it.
http://www.thematch.co.uk/thematch-preview-southampton-vs-stoke/ my preview for this weekend. I am stoked !
Also guys I would really appreciate it if someone with an SWeb account posts it on there too, just to spread it around. Many thanks.
Thirded. He'll run rings around Stoke's defence. In reply to a post on the first page... Mayuka had already played in the Epl before Sunderland!
I've never known a Saints forum where the mood swings are so extreme. They can relegate and win the league in the space of 7 days.
They also love to argue amongst themselves...if you said something wrong 5 years ago, it will be found and your face rubbed in it.
