I agree mate my missus won't let me near any food that's been processed -everything she makes in the kitchen is from the basics and natural

 

I dont understand how some people on here say london is a dirty, rat infested **** hole and live in Sunderland themselves. Theirs no way on earth anyone who comes from Sunderland can say London is a **** hole.

We understand sunderland is nee world beauty spot, in some areas, but it does have a great coastline and beaches.

 

Clean eating is the way forward pal, your body responds to it almost immediately. After 4 days you don't get any urges for unnatural sugars or carbohydrates, and you sleep perfectly. I swear by it, and every now and again I'll have a blow out and eat everything in the world for a day or two!
