It's about sheep fisting in the Brecon Beacons. Fed up with the locals taking advantage of them the resident sheep enlist the help of Corden (related to James) who gives them the power to morph into Powys Rangers, each of these has a toyrd (derived from a zord), which is a powerful sex toy machine that each Powys Ranger operates. These toyrds can assemble into the larger Megatoyrd striking fear into the heart of all locals with its potential to devastate via the erogenous zones. Each Powys ranger has a different colour of sheep dip applied to their coat, red, blue, pink and yellow are common ones.
