From experience, this is the one thing that eventually stops them calling.

I stretched one out to 25 mins or so with a very long startup then mistaking "m" for "n", etc. until they started using the phonetic alphabet. Then, when they said type "m mother" I'd tell them I'd typed "mmother " in the web address they wanted me to type. So they'd go back and say "just type M" and I'd say "OK, I've typed N" and so on and so forth. I did it until they gave up. That very long call was the one that stopped them phoning.
