Other than a relative in the chapel of rest, have you ever seen a dead body? I ask because last year in Indonesia I saw a poor man who had just died from drowning. He was on the beach, with several people desperately trying to revive him, albeit unsuccessfully.
When I was about 16 some woman who lived near us knocked the door and asked me to climb in her window as she had left the keys in the house and her husband was probably out on the piss or lying blocked. She was cursing him like mad. I climbed through the window and there was Frankie hanging at the top of the stairs, poor bastard. Seen a couple of shot ****ers too just lying there with people going nuts around them (cops and soldiers and the like) but never felt as cold as seeing Frankie swinging.

Was coming home from a night out in Sheffield one Saturday night and a car went speeding past the taxi we were in. About 2 minutes later we heard a screech followed by a bang,then about hundred yards down the road pulled up at a roundabout and there was a bloke layed out bang at the side of us. Drove past the night after and they had one of those signs up that they put up when someone's been killed. Was probably only crossing road as well poor bloke.
the boy who lived in my house before us died in a car accident. i say accident. he had a kitted out supra and was being chased by the police whilst drunk. i think he'd already been caught 2 or 3 times before. he went over a roundabout and through a sign and decapitated himself. it was a busy summers night in the middle of a housing estate. i saw it, and lots of other people did too, including young kids. horrible.
