Not entirely, but there's grey areas. The law dictates that if you have sex with someone that is drunk and therefore cannot reasonably consent (using the exact words of the law here) then you are by all definitions committing rape. Granted, if someone had a couple of drinks and was a bit off it and then had sex consensually then nobody would kick up a fuss. However, I have seen some people go to court over such an issue (one incident I saw personally got the guy sent to jail as he had taken her home from a night out they had sex and it turned out she was over the limit. She didn't like the fact she had a one nighter so pleaded rape to the police and they got him done) Not saying its wrong or right I'm just going by what I was taught
