50/50 possession and we had 12 shots on target, that's the most possession and shots on target we've had all season
Saints had 11 shots on target, and 8 of those went in. That's not a great goalkeeping stat. Expect to see Pants in goal next week.
Yep....and it was said on BBC's Final Score, at half time, that although we were 3-0 down, we had 51 % of possession. This was probably why Koeman, after the match, said he wasn't happy with their play in the first half despite being 3-0 up
Only one shot on target though Douglas, though I do think you were owed a penalty (if that isn't a penalty then the rules are wrong imo). Possession isn't that key 53/47 in Southamptons favour and they do have to give you the ball back every time they score (I tried to find a way of couching that in nicer terms). The season had been decent up until then so just put it behind you and you'll be fine.
What a load of s**te, go and watch the game again. Manonne did very little wrong, even the goal you're obviously blaming him for wasn't really his fault. Because our Captain had stopped giving a f** and stopped thinking about what he was doing and played it to Vito's wrong side. I don't blame Mannone for that goal, I blame O'Shea. please log in to view this image
Watch the game again yourself, count the shots on target, count the goals, and then tell me where exactly it's ****e
Disagree over Mannone as his weakness in dealing with low crosses and shots led to about four of the goals.
Possession 53/47 think we had twelve shots to there twenty, but we only had one on target. As for mannone he was at fault for at least three, not necessarily totally, agree with O'Shea shared the one in question
