Murray And The Arse Picker

As well as Nadal has played Murray hasn't exactly helped himself. He's missed so many shots that in the 1st set he was burrying.

 

Dont know what your definition of bottler is but time and time again you see he just hasnt got the mental strength to do it
that may well be 'pressure' but that is what a bottler does, bottles it under pressure

 

Most English people I come across have a real hate for Murray.

the reason i ask is that i know my mates who would pay to go watch him but 'hate' him when talking to scots folk

same with aamir khan, love it when he wins but tell the asian lads he is rubbish and they hope he gets battered

 

No I'm English so most people I know are English and most hate Murray.

 

murray would do well to hire someone whos going to put some self belief in him like mcenroe or connors..leave behind the "friends" that he pays to fly around the world

 

I know, but it's a lot to do with the enormous pressure heaped on him. He can't handle that admittedly but I just think the term bottler is harsh as it suggests he IS good enough but just ballses it up.
Instead I think he just isn't good enough in the first place and the added pressure makes him **** it up even more. He has made way too many unforced errors but I'm just trying to be reasonable!!

Most English do not hate him by the way, I think that's bollocks.

That was nothing to do with mental toughness or bottling. Nadal just overpowered him.

 

Yeah because he is pretty pathetic mentally, maybe he should hire Mcenroe or Connors to actually coach him, I think Connors was the coach of Roddick when he last got into the Wimbledon final.

 

He showed in the 1st set what he is capable of, he was superb and carried that into the second set right up until he missed that sitter.

Well I'm sorry but I know a lot of English people and 90% of them support whoever Murray is facing.

Even as a Man Utd fan I think the media got way ott with Rooney, he's a very good player but even when he's having a shocker the media lick his arse and claim that he's carrying Man Utd

Got people in Facebook gleefuly announcing Murray's defeat.

They hate Murray for what he said about England and the World Cup. Like you'd expect a Scottish Man to cheer on England ffs.

Basically yeah. If I was in his position and some journalist was throwing questions about England at me I would have responded in the same way.
