The whole team was great, very disappointed to concede late on but once Dawson went off and Bruce came on it felt inevitable, Huddlestone vs Wilshere as a DM only one winner but Hodgeson wont see it.
Thought Hud had a great game. There many times when he was boxed in and his coolness and skill allowed him time to make a good pass.
Diame got to for that goal. I was saying before that he looked nackered right from the off. Credit to him he went the full 90. He has a brilliant knack of nicking the ball off them. Hudd. did a few daft things but some of his skills were sublime. Held the ball and made the Arse run around. He just lacks that bit of self belief to make him an England regular. Cross for the second goal was superb anarl. Livermore. I'm big critic of Jake but he put it in today. The defence did make a lot of great blocks and challenges but the midfield ran their bollocks off today. No one had a bad game today. Didnt like us sitting deep and they coulda been 3 up after 7 minutes but we battled hard. Credit to HBA put it in in a game not suited to him, some of his touches were superb, same with Ramirez when he came on.
