Well that's that then. Have to say Southamprton the bettter team but not 3 goals worth. Also, we should have had a penner and a man advantage at 2-0. We've been very unlucky this game, it happens, we move on.

Just one of those crazy days when everything's going wrong we will get a man sent off and our team bus is probably parked on double yellow lines

I thought Fletcher touched it round the keeper and was wiped out.

We don't deserve anything from this, our mistakes have cost us.

Just watched the replay, looks like he lifted it over Forster, I can see how Mariner didn't give it though.

just seen it, his two touches were too heavy he'd lost control of the ball imo. No penner but seen them given.

and Andre Mariner, the angel of death in a refs outfit.

only ourselves to blame for appalling concentration at the back, we just gifted them 2 goals. I hope Gus roasts the ****ers at half-time.

Definite penalty, if that "tackle" had been made anywhere else on the pitch it would have been given as a foul.
Makes no difference where the ball ended up, the keeper fouled Fletcher!

Absolutely devastated mate, nothing between the two teams but for our mistakes, having said that Southampton's right side looks strong.

So if I touch a ball away from me on the halfway line, the ball is going out but before it goes off the pitch I get ****ing wiped out mid-thigh height by Cattermole...
    1) is it a free kick?
    2) is he sent off?

In both cases of course yes. It's a pen all day long, probably not a red for GK as it wasn't a goalscoring chance. A foul is a foul though, irrespective of where the ball is
