    Sheffield Wednesday - Watford

    Sheffield Wednesday

For the locals midfielder Sam Hutchinson (back) could return after being limited to three appearances this season. Kieran Lee (groin) is expected to resume in midfield but defender Kamil Zayatte (hamstring) remains sidelined.

    • Sheffield Wednesday have not won any of their last four games in all competitions, losing two. Their last win was 1:0 against Reading at home in the Championship on 20 September.
    • Sheffield Wednesday have lost only one of their six home games in all competitions this season. Their only defeat at Hillsborough was 1-0 against Nottingham Forest in the league on 30 August.

    Watford

The Hornets could have captain Troy Deeney returning after missing the last month with a hamstring injury. Fernando Forestieri (eye) is fit but defenders Craig Cathcart (calf) and Gabriele Angella (ankle) are out. Watford may also give Sébastien Aymar Bassong Nguena the first match of his loan period from Norwich City.

    • Watford are unbeaten in their last five games, winning two. Their last defeat was 0:1 at Charlton on 13 September.
    • Watford have won two of their last four away games, drawing one and losing one.

    Head-to-Head

    • The visitors won the last meeting at Hillsborough in march by 1:4.
    • Watford have won three of the last four meetings. Sheffield Wednesday's only win since 2010 was 0:1 at Vicarage Road in December last season, on of GFZs last matches.
    • Watford have won the last two meetings at Hillsborough both by a 1:4 scoreline.

    Most stolen from BBC.

    Thanks ak. <ok>

Like you Mex I have no idea what to expect. Hope all the players who have been away are still fit for a start and not worn out by the travelling. It is all well and good having so many internationals, but they seem to lose something whenever they go away.

Already sold more than 1000 tickets, with pay on the gate there should be some good support for the team.

I don't know what to expect except it'll be expensive! I'm visiting my daughter at the uni and she tells me she has a 'must have' shopping list... Oh dear! I'm going for a 1-3 coz I'm ever the optimist! Thanks for the thread Ak! Fab job as always.

Forest losing 2-0 at half time puts us second in the table.

I will quite happy if it stays that way and we can get something as tomorrow I will be out to dinner with my Forest mate and really want bragging rights.

We're at home to them Tuesday night and Lansbury misses it due to suspension - he's just picked up his 5th booking of the season.

M1 is knackered, #watfordfc fans. The club coaches have come off at J28 - I'm following them! @T_Deeney @watfordfcsays @Observer_Owl

Have no idea where J28 is - but could this mean a delayed kick-off?
