Irony at its best You missed the subtlety in my comment suggesting you lack a defence at all Don't worry yourself too much though as you don't seem to be the only one...
I made a similar point (bit offended if he got me confused with you though ) but in the context it was about friendlies and games where "there was nothing to play for" which are apparently the ones that Giggs missed, rather than a qualifier and resting and giving other players experience in games that mean something though
I mentioned Giggs early on in this thread. Mainly about the irony surrounding Man Utd fans complaining about Rodgers possibly applying pressure for Raheem not to play I did also offer my opinion on the matter and made it clear how much I cared
Unless you use Ibe, lallana, or as you say an out of form Coutinho, but then again Sterling has not been in best form so maybe a rest for him and a game or two for one of the others may pay dividends

Giggs is a poor example anyway. A desperate attempt at deflection. If sterling comes close to giggs over his career and stays with his next club for 20 years then i will retract my statement that he is a joke. Though rodgers remains at fault also.
Quite seriously UIR nobody is going to hold their breath and wait for 20 years to see if your irrelevant promise will be put into effect. Therefore it's just a waste of space. As for Sterling, I'll presently take Rodgers opinion as to how the lad's future should be managed over both yours and Hodgson's.
Yep, poor example indeed. He and Fergie were only the milestone guiding example that set the tone for others clubs/players/manager to follow It was never a deflection attempt either, it was a piss take! Man Utd fans moaning about Sterling pulling out is simply ridiculous
Correct Macheda, Januzaj, Barkley, Lukaku have all faded under media attention despite their potential Sterling has risen to the media and fan hype but to expect him to have an engine like Henderson when he is faster and still growing is just ******ed
Good article just seen on sky sports news app about this. Former Wales, city, Barcelona assistant who is Dutch talking about why young and especially explosive players need more rest. Also calls Woy a dinosaur
Yes saw it yesterday, epic #backfire by Roy if he wanted to increase his respect by picking on a teenager
Has he got an assist yet? In the last 7 games Sterling has scored half as many goals as Barkley managed in the last 5 seasons combined #inert
