From Sporting Life: "Custom Cut and Captain Cat have both been supplemented into Saturday's line-up for the Queen Elizabeth II Stakes at Ascot." Poor old Simon Holt ................... "and it's Custom Cat from Cuptain Cut"
Got to go against you bluesky in the 410 managed to get 16s on withernsea the stablemate of yours just find the booking of Hannigan as a little edge and the ew odds on offer looks a bonus . Also they have been chipped away at all morning best available at the mo is 12s. good luck though mate
Had a speculative bet on spindal at 20s ew earlier on the basis that the majority wont like the conditions an have not done the distance , it has now been backed into 12s lol
The old man always used to say speculate to accumilate 3rd at 8s still a nice return but 3rd at 20s very very nice
It's days like this when it would be very handy to have some meaningful stats on which sires and dam sires predominantly produce progeny that need soft/heavy ground to show their best form and which predominantly produce progeny that don't act on soft/heavy ground. If we combine that with the horses' actual form on various surfaces we might find some decent priced winners and/or avoid some losers. Does anyone have access to any software that can produce a list of horses running on a given day that fit certain patterns? I believe Flatstats have a facility but you have to be a subscribed member to run the reports (1 month £25, 3 months £65).
20/1 sounds great uncle but in reality it's equivalent to a 2/1 winner. Nice enough though, well spotted
He is the best horse in the world over 10f on soft to heavy ground so can't argue with that Joe. I'm thinking of having my last £10 (Betting Bank) on that. PS. If you click on his name on the ATR racecard it shows him beating Treve by 62l oops. And he is only 2/1 now, bugger
Nasty pile up in the third race at Windsor and would be no surprise if they didn't abandon the rest of the races on the round course. Ron, I used the Sires reference on here to find Krazy Paving in the first! Sire produces soft ground winners!
I did test a couple of these sites ron a few years back (no I did not pay and no I would not pay) in all fairness they were just glorified comparison sites that take a little work out for you , but you still have to direct it /them drag drop etc . Cost effective though I would say not if you know what your doing anyway that is (exuse my bad patch I'm going through the mid life crisis).
