    'Yes very odd - which is why he is a professional football manager and we are not'

    A ridiculous comment.
    If you think Cotterill's substitutions have been correct then you need tablets.

    By the way SOD 'is a professional football manager'.
    The most uninspiring man I've ever heard.

    And he signed Wagstaff.

    BY THE END OF November ALL SHOULD BE ALL LEVEL PEGGING and we play Swindon and PNE whilst MKD and Swindon play each other...19 played and 4 to half way point

    Yes John. I started a thread on our November fixtures last week. We play Peterborough, Swindon, Oldham and PNE. It will be a good gauge of our stamina. Mind you, we're doing ok so far. Just need to stop leaking goals, but this is a division of few low scores.

    If the problem surrounding JET is solely because he doesn't have slot in the puzzle what the hell is he doing here, other than warming the bench?

    He's warming the bench because he is an option for us as is Pack, Wagstaff, Burns and anyone else who can't get in the starting xi :)

    <whistle>:confused::confused:
    Only time before the rumbles start to happen,how players are brought onto the pitch yesterday before others was very strange indeed,especially when they had more to offer in the positions required.

    Yep thought they were strange subsitutions as well but we won the game, top of the league and still unbeaten so I won't rumble just yet :)

    Well it seems very strange to me, that from our last 25 league games, we have won 15, drew 9, lost 1. scored 48 and conceded 24, find ourselves top of the league, and are criticizing the manager for his substitutions, i better start taking my tablets.
    Who's to say if his substitutes would have been different we would still be unbeaten, maybe we would have a few more points, who can say, at this moment, i'm very happy where we are, keep doing what your doing SC, here's one happy Bristol City Fan.

    Total agreement. And it is not luck whether we score in first or last minute. It is teamwork, determination and concentration to play the game from start to finish. I forecast before a ball had been kicked in August that we would finish as champions and I have no reason to change my mind.
    That doesn't mean I will never discuss/post what has happened or what might happen if.......... But SC and the boys are doing great so far.

    Life is about opinions and there is no doubt we have developed the winning habit which is no bad thing. I maintain we still need a mobile centre half and a skilful striker. Flint has been protected by Smith and Agard is merely average. As regards Jet did you see his reaction when Burns sored ? Not a smidgeon of enthusiasm I suspect he wants away.
    Nevertheless football is a results business and there is no doubt that SC is delivering us the results so credit where credit is due as the games against MK Dons and Chesterfield we would have lost in previous seasons. SC has brought confidence and self belief to the team
